Our Corporate Graduate Programme is aimed at applicants with both technical and non-technical educational backgrounds who have recently graduated or will be able to graduate by the end of 2019 with a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree. We offer an introduction to Equinor and the energy industry and focus on accelerating your learning and development. Graduates in Equinor will have a steep learning curve, and are expected to develop an overall understanding of our activities and business challenges.

Corporate graduate programme:

Our graduate programme will start your transition from student to professional, with opportunities to contribute in some of the company’s most exciting tasks.

As a graduate in Equinor you will be permanently hired from your first day and be enrolled in the Corporate graduate programme for two years. You will get challenging and meaningful tasks and an opportunity to work with your own development goals that correspond with Equinor’s business needs.

You will participate in structured learning and networking, engage in rotational assignments and have a mentor throughout the programme.

Job Description

People & Leadership develops Human Resource strategies, policies and requirements for Equinor. As a tactical business partner, PL translates business goals into people and leadership priorities as well as driving business performance through aligned strategy and practices.

At Equinor, our graduates work on multiple tasks throughout the business. Work tasks may vary according to your competence profile, assignment and business needs. You can expect to rotate across the organization, discipline or work location during the program. You will become a valuable member of our graduate community and collaborate with teams across Equinor's value chain.

As a PL (HR) Graduate at Equinor, you can gain experience by rotating through the following areas:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, or another Business-related field

• No more than three years of relevant fulltime work experience

• Fluent in English and preferably a second working language

• International work and/or study experience preferred

• Extra curricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
