Job Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Intern include:

Gain hands-on HR experience working on a project which will directly impact the business.

Work directly with other HR professionals in the different functional teams and see how people work together at Equinor.

Research, gather and compile information for reports and special projects

Develop your skills under the supervision and guidance of an assigned, experienced mentor.

Qualifications

Minimum education required:

Current Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another business-related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Internet applications

Self-starter with a curiosity to analyze work processes and suggest improvement opportunities

Ability to leverage technology to improve overall team performance

Requires strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
