Job Description

The Senior Consultant - Reward and Employment Relations, Global Mobility at Equinor US Operations in Houston, Texas will be responsible for the following:

Timely coordination and delivery of international assignment operations tasks to the business, as well as ensuring technical accuracy, policy adherence, and compliance;

Serving as the main contact for all Equinor inbound and outbound expatriate assignees;

Facilitating cost and time efficiency as it relates to smooth mobilization for the assignee and accompanying family members;

Collaborating and communicating with base and host HR, resource owners, and task managers during the assignment process;

Coordinating, processing, and verifying initiations, extensions, and terminations of assignments in Expentia;

Preparing and controlling Net Pay Calculations ("NPCs") and International Assignment Agreements;

Coordinating with key mobility vendors (relocation, immigration, taxes) and initiating appropriate services;

Following-up and clarifying specific service inquiries and Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs");

Advising, informing, and supporting Human Resources Business Partners and employees regarding Equinor's assignment policies, terms, and conditions;

Providing presentations and training to the business as needed;

Performing Customer Relationship Management ("CRM");

Maintaining close partnerships with other global mobility groups, including tax, SAP, cost allocation, and advisory teams, and participating in projects and processes that will enhance LEAN.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a directly related field plus five years of experience coordinating global mobility corporation policies within an oil and gas company.

The five years of experience must include at least five years of the following:

(1) Developing daily basis expatriate operations;

(2) Facilitating the induction and orientation process for expatriates;

(3) Coordinating cross-border corporate compensation and benefits policies, including immigration and tax compliance coordination between at least two countries;

(4) Using SAP HR module;

(5) Using Topia; and

(6) Communicating with outside vendors.
