The position

By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work together as a Completion Engineerwith subsurface team (geologists, geophysicists,reservoirand production engineers) and service providers for well planningon different maturation phases and/or operation follow-up.

  • Prepare Plan for Development Well programs and Detailed Operational Procedures.

  • Perform general well related meetings focused on capturing and/or applying lessons learned, best practices, cost optimization initiatives and risk analysis.

  • Compile reports as required by Equinor governing documentations and local requirements.

  • Be the technical responsible for an assigned completions contract and related services, by performing Contractor’s management meetings and following up on outstanding actions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement process on safety, performance and cost.

  • Document changes using the Management of Change process.

  • Be part of office duty team as per agreed schedule.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with eligibility to hold an active CREA.

  • Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in completions, preferably with some deepwater subsea expertise.

  • Flexibility in working onshore with occasional offshore visits.

  • Previous offshore/operational experience will be beneficial.

  • Knowledge of Smart completions for deep water subsea operations will be positively observed.

  • Knowledge on HP and pre-salt completions operations will be positively observed.

  • Knowledge of Well Integrity and ANP regulations will be positively observed

  • Good communication, interpersonal and cross cultural skills.

  • Available for occasionalon-duty on weekends.
