The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide occupational health services in Equinor in accordance with good professional standards, internal requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in risk assessments, verifications, and dedicated improvement projects related to occupational medicine and participate in investigations/deep studies.

  • Provide advice to management, employees, and the safety service in the relevant business unit.

  • Be part of a delivery team together with an occupational hygienist/ergonomist/nurse.

  • Report data to relevant authorities regarding occupational medicine. Contribute to Equinor's duty of care towards suppliers regarding health and safety.

  • The position may require short offshore assignments and other travel.

You

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an authorized doctor.

  • Authorized doctor status in Norway.

  • It is desirable that the candidate is a specialist in Occupational Medicine (completed specialist or in ongoing development), but for the right candidate we will facilitate specialization.

  • Experience from industrial operations as well as from occupational health services is preferred.

  • You may have experience of working or studying internationally, and this would be advantageous.

  • The applicant must be proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
